Dr. Alex is a certified USA Weightlifting coach, competitive weightlifter, former college basketball player, and continues to work with athletes in various capacities focusing on the barbell population. If you choose to move your body in intentional ways and in recreational activities, you are considered an athlete!
Refined Physical Therapy offers in-person sessions, digital, and a hybrid options. We have a 3-step process that will allow you to reach the goals.
Alex is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, certified Athletic Trainer, Master Dry Needling certified, USA Weightlifting Coach Certified, RockTape FMT and Blade certified, LSVT BIG certified, and First Aid/CPR certified
